get organized and get healthier

all sorts of stuff on this blog! i haven't looked over it thoroughly, but what i have seen is very nice to read about and apply to my life right now. hope someone enjoys :)

  1. Sometimes my room will remain messy for weeks on end even though cleaning it usually takes only a matter of minutes. When I do come around to cleaning it, I definitely feel less stressed and more comfortable. There is something about a cluttered room that clutters your mind. When my room is clean, I tend to study better and feel more relaxed. Maybe I'm OCD, but a unkept apartment makes me feel claustrophobic and anxious. I guess you could say my life definitely resonates with the concept that organization is healthy.
